What is your pricing?

Venue rental starts at $5,000 for weekend celebrations and includes use of the venue spaces, tables and chairs, prep kitchen, ice machine, and the climate-controlled barn. Weekday gatherings start at $2,500. Final package details are confirmed during your tour.

What is your guest capacity?

Grant Gables can host up to 300 seated guests or 450 standing guests.

Do you offer indoor and outdoor ceremony options?

Yes. The venue offers outdoor ceremony areas, including the Granted Wishes ceremony space, and the climate-controlled barn also supports indoor ceremonies.

Is the venue climate controlled?

Yes. The 6,800 sq ft barn is climate controlled and includes 14 ceiling fans.

What catering options are available?

The venue provides a prep kitchen and a 500 lb ice machine. Couples may bring in a preferred caterer or ask the venue for recommendations.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Grant Gables is handicap accessible, including accessible restrooms and barrier-free access to the main areas.

What is included in the venue rental?

Inclusions cover tables, chairs, the bridal suite, groom's room, prep kitchen, 500 lb ice machine, climate-controlled barn, indoor and outdoor ceremony options, WiFi, parking, and the scenic grounds.

How do I book a tour?

Request a tour through the contact page, call (910) 331-1926 or (910) 331-6258, or email the venue. Tours are by appointment only.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend 8 to 12 months in advance for peak wedding season — especially Saturdays in spring and fall.

Can we bring our own decorations?

Yes. Decorations are welcome as long as they do not damage the property and are removed at the end of the event.
